My name is Daniel Aranyi (joined in 2000), and my area of responsibility is sintering, a field that I still find fascinating even after more than 25 years.
During the sintering of carbide, the workpiece shrinks by around 25 %! In a way, you never know exactly what the final result will be. Thanks to a great deal of experience and intuition, as well as my familiarity with “my” furnaces, I have the process under control.
That is crucial, because the parts are delicate and our customers expect top quality and precision. This is exactly why sintering is an indispensable part of our workflow. By carrying out the process in-house, we are able to cover the entire manufacturing process and ensure consistently high-quality products.
I am looking forward to the expansion of the sintering department, which will provide more room to work and enable more efficient processes.
As a trained mechanic, I am also responsible for the maintenance of the sintering furnaces and all other machines and equipment throughout the company.”
