… I have found my professional future here. My name is Dario Füchslin, and I joined Rotodur in 2022. Without any pressure from my father and current Managing Director, Rolf, I gradually found my place in the company. What started as a holiday job has developed into an exciting role with significant responsibility in our family business. My main responsibilities include preparing quotations and processing orders, working directly with customers in sales, and coordinating deliveries along with the necessary export documentation.
At Rotodur, we have a wealth of experience and technical expertise, much of which currently resides in the minds of our employees. This also presents certain risks. That is why I am currently working on implementing a new ERP system, with one of the key goals being to digitally preserve this valuable knowledge. After all, this expertise is the foundation of our innovative strength, product quality and, ultimately, the continued development of our company.
